Summer Read-A-Thon Day #8: SUBLIME

It's been a minute since I've read any paranormal romance, and I was obsessed with the genre a couple of years back, so I was excited to dive back in. SUBLIME was just...not good. It was very confusing and the MCs were literally just boring cardboard cutouts. Nothing was explained, and the MC's relationship was literally the only thing they were concerned about.

Summer Read-A-Thon Day #34: THE SECOND LIFE OF AVA RIVERS

Twelve years ago, Ava Rivers disappeared on Halloween night. So when Ava's family gets a call saying that she's been found, they're elated. But soon, Ava's sister, Vera, starts spending more time with her, and realizes some things aren't adding up. Overall, I just wasn't a fan of this one and couldn't connect to it, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Summer Read-A-Thon Day #36: THICKER THAN WATER

I...have a lot of mixed feelings about this book. I liked the characters and I was super interested in the plot and finding out what happened. But the reveal was very odd and I feel like it didn't work at all. I'd say skip this one and read Brigid Kemmerer's other contemporaries, because they're much better than this one.
